Mondays 6:00-7:00pm ET — Details Slower-paced classes with lots of instruction and options for different levels. Great if you’re new to TML movement, or like a rich flow with lots of bonus cues.
OR
Tuesdays 6:00-7:00pm ET — Deep Dive Building on the Monday class with more complex flows and less instruction. Great if you’re familiar with the Movement method or want a live class with added challenge.
